uncharacteristically ok: Day 2

Totally freaked out today and had mini anxiety attack about work and LOVE. Wanted the world to stop so I could get off for 3 days, or even half an hour.

WHY

I started this blog in 2008, after separating from my partner of 8 years in mid-2007. A key issue implicated in our break-up was my unstable mental health. In 2009 I fell in love with BG, who became a featured subject of this blog, and then a platonic soulmate for life (in the real world). By late 2013, these blog posts had almost petered out, for no particular reason. In mid 2014 I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder Type II. Since then I have been supported by the most wonderful psychiatrist. I restarted posting on this blog in May 2018, 9 months after my heaven sent-soulmate died suddenly and unexpectedly, of a suspected sudden cardiac arrhythmia. My writing here, however messy and amateur, is in memory of him, my beautiful inimitable Boy Genius.
